  • Yes. All Urban Hawk Leather goods are handcrafted by Juba W Allen. This ensures attention to detail and unique character in every item.

    1. Regular Cleaning
      Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe away dust and dirt. For deeper cleaning, apply a damp cloth with a mild soap solution specifically designed for leather. Avoid using harsh chemicals or soaking the leather.

    2. Conditioning
      Apply a leather conditioner every 3 to 6 months to keep the leather supple and prevent drying or cracking. Use a product suitable for the type of leather, and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

    3. Protecting
      Keep leather items away from direct sunlight and heat sources, which can cause fading and brittleness. Use a leather protector spray to guard against stains and moisture, especially in wet or humid climates like many parts of Canada.

    4. Storage
      Store leather goods in a cool, dry place. Use breathable fabric bags or covers—avoid plastic as it traps moisture. For bags and shoes, maintain shape with soft stuffing or shoe trees.

    5. Handling Moisture
      If leather gets wet, blot the excess water with a soft cloth and allow it to air dry naturally. Avoid using heat to speed drying, as it can damage the leather.

    6. Avoiding Damage
      Prevent scratches by handling leather with clean hands and keeping it away from sharp objects. For stains, address them promptly with appropriate cleaning methods recommended for the type of leather.

  • Yes. High-quality leather develops a natural patina with use, which enhances its color and character. This is a sign of genuine leather and craftsmanship.

  • Leather is naturally water-resistant, but not waterproof. Light exposure to water is fine, but we recommend avoiding heavy rain. For added protection, you may use a leather-safe water repellent.

Shipping & Returns

  • Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days via Standard USPS Shipping. However, you can select faster shipping at checkout. Personalized items may require an additional 3–7 business days. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

  • All of our pieces are handmade with exceptional care and top-quality materials. Because each item is individually crafted and unique, we do not accept returns nor exchanges.

  • Absolutely. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
